This policy applies to every photo you upload and everything you create on attractivenesstest.dev. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Only your own photo, only adults

Upload a real, recent photo of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed to it. You must be 18 or older. The free tests run in your browser; the AI report uploads the photo only after you give the consent described in our Biometric Data Policy.

Content you must not upload or create

1. Sexual or explicit content. No nudity, sexual content or sexualized poses.
2. Violence and gore. No injuries, blood, weapons or violent scenes.
3. Hate. No hate symbols, slurs or content that attacks people for who they are.
4. Anything involving minors. No photos of anyone under 18. Material that sexualizes or endangers children leads to account closure and a report to the authorities where the law requires.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation. No photos of other people without their consent, of celebrities, public figures or politicians, and no use of previews to deceive anyone about who someone is or what they look like.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement. No photos you do not have the right to use.

You cannot type prompts on this site. Every preview is made from a fixed list of styling edits (haircuts, beard styles, brows, glasses, light makeup), so the service cannot be used to generate arbitrary images.

How the AI report and previews are made

• Face points and measurements: MediaPipe Face Landmarker (Google), run in your browser for the free tests and on our own server for the report.
• Reading styling details and checking previews: Google Gemini 3.8 Flash, through APIMart.
• Creating previews: Google Gemini 3.1 Flash Image, through APIMart. Each preview edits only the chosen area of your own photo; eyes, nose and mouth are kept pixel-for-pixel from the original.

Every preview is labelled as an AI-generated preview. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or APIMart.

How uploads and outputs are checked

• Before anything is generated, the uploaded photo is checked for nudity, violence, signs that the person may be under 18, more than one person, and images that are not a real photo (drawings, AI images, photos of screens). A photo that fails is not used, nothing is generated, and the credits are returned.
• After each preview is generated, it is checked again for unsafe content and for changes beyond the requested edit. A preview that fails is never shown; it is retried once or its credits are returned.
• Every decision is logged so we can review it.

Do not misuse the service

• Do not get around credits, limits or security checks, for example with multiple accounts or automated scripts.
• Do not resell or share your account or credits.
• Do not interfere with the site or try to access other people's reports or photos.

What we do when the rules are broken

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may refuse an upload, delete photos and reports, remove unused credits without a refund, suspend or close the account, and report content to the authorities where the law requires.

Report misuse or appeal a decision

To report misuse, including a photo of you used without your consent, email support@attractivenesstest.dev. We review every report by hand and reply by email. If you think a photo was blocked or your account was restricted by mistake, reply to our email and tell us why; we will review the decision again.
