These terms apply when you use attractivenesstest.dev ("AttractivenessTest", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Only test a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed to it. Do not upload photos of minors.
What the tests are
The free tests measure facial proportions from one photo and turn them into scores on our own model. The scores are estimates of geometry, not a judgment of your worth, and they change with light, camera distance, head angle and expression. They are not medical, psychological, cosmetic or surgical advice, and we do not recommend procedures or medication.
Acceptable use
Do not use AttractivenessTest to:
- rate, compare or publish scores of other people without their consent;
- harass, shame or discriminate against anyone;
- try to identify people from their face;
- break the site, get around its limits or access it with automated tools at scale;
- break any law.
We may suspend or close accounts that do.
The AI report
The paid AI report is not open yet. When it opens, its price, what you receive, how credits work and the refund rules will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated.
Your content
You keep the rights to your photos. In the free tests your photo never leaves your device, so we receive no rights to it. Share cards you download are yours to use.
Our content
The site, its design, text, scoring model and code belong to AttractivenessTest or its licensors. The face model runs under the Apache 2.0 license. Reference ranges are calibrated on the Face Research Lab London Set (DeBruine & Jones, 2017, CC BY 4.0); the dataset's authors do not endorse this site.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it is error-free, always available or that any score is accurate for a given photo.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AttractivenessTest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a score. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and ending
We may change the service or these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; continuing to use the site means you accept them. You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account.
