FAQ
Questions about paying
- What do credits pay for?
- The AI report costs 100 credits and includes 4 style previews. An extra preview costs 10 credits and a re-score of a new photo 30. The free tests never use credits.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Plan credits reset at the end of each billing month; a yearly plan unlocks a new month of credits at the start of each month. Credit pack credits last 12 months.
- What if a report or preview fails?
- The credits come back on their own. A photo that cannot be used returns the full report credits, and a preview that fails our checks twice returns its 10 credits.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan and its credits stay until the end of the period you paid for.
- Can I get a refund?
- Credits are digital, so payments are generally non-refundable once used. We refund double charges, renewals after you cancelled, and purchases you could not use because of a problem on our side. The Refund Policy has the details.
- Who handles the payment?
- Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. It runs checkout, handles sales tax or VAT and sends your receipt; your statement may show WAFFO.
- What happens to my photo in the AI report?
- You upload it only after agreeing to the Biometric Data Policy, which names every company that processes it. The original is deleted within 24 hours of processing, and the processed photo and previews within 30 days, or sooner if you delete them. Photos are never used for training.
- Does paying change my score?
- No. Scores are estimates from this site's model, and buying credits does not change how a face is scored.
